Delivery & Pickup
Everything you need to know about getting your cookies delivered or picking them up.
Yes, we offer same-day delivery, but orders must be placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after that will be scheduled for the next day.
We deliver across Alexandria, from Bahary to Montaza.
Delivery fees depend on your location within Alexandria and will be calculated at checkout.
We will do our best to leave your order in a safe place (with a neighbor, receptionist, or caretaker). However, we cannot store or re-deliver the order, and we are not responsible for any mistreatment of the product.
Yes! You can select Pickup at checkout and collect your order at the scheduled time.

Please note that we bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts, and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any of the above.
Yes, we have selected gluten-free and vegan options available.
For the best taste:
- Keep them in their wrappers and box for up to 3 days.
- Store them in the fridge for up to 1 week, then follow the reheating instructions on the back of the box to enjoy them warm.
Returns & Refunds
Understand our policies on order cancellations and what to do if you receive a damaged product.
We do not accept returns, as all items are freshly baked per order. However, customers may cancel their order 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a refund. Orders canceled after that will not be refunded.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and provide a photo of the item. After 24 hours, we will not be responsible for any claims.
