Refund and Returns Policy

At Baskota’s, we take pride in freshly baking every order with care. As a result, we do not accept returns, but we have clear guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and order issues.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery and receive a 50% refund.
  • If an order is canceled before the 24-hour mark, it will be fully refunded.
  • Any cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery will not be refunded as the order will already be in production.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we’re here to help!

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide a clear photo of the product.
  • If we confirm the issue, we will offer a refund (no replacements or store credit).
  • If the issue is reported after 24 hours, we will not be able to process a refund.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for policies on failed deliveries and responsibility for orders left at the delivery address.

Custom & Large Orders

  • Custom orders and large bulk orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
  • Cancellations for these orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
